I was hit by this brilliant fantastic idea of inconceivable genius two nights ago, when I should have been asleep. It is epic. It will firmly cement me in the history books next to Shakespeare himself! Unfortunately, it is so epic that I cannot hope to share it with mere mortals. Mere mortals who, for certain, would not comprehend its genius.

I started outlining this epic, novel idea, and realized that I needed more information on some of the characters in Naruto. Fortunately for me, there is a wonderful site called Narutopedia, to which I immediately whisked myself for the purpose of acquiring this information. I could then continue full speed ahead with my outlining, I thought.

… I was wrong. Ohhhh how I was wrong.

Do you know how many characters there are in Naruto-verse? Do you know how many different organizations and conflicting groups, how many clans and people? Do you know how far back and how widespread the history is?

Neither did I.

It's insane! Kishimoto, you amaze me. Some elements may make no sense whatsoever, but I gotta admire the breadth of what started out as a pretty simple storyline. Olé!

Except now I've got a whole load of figuring out to do, unless I feel like simplifying the epic that is Naruto-verse. And that would defeat the purpose. Although … hm … maybe not. We'll see how far into my travels I get before I get all ninja'd out.

EDIT: Ohhh yeah so I realized what an arrogant toerag I sound like, and no, I do not really think that I am the next Shakespeare. I mean, I am awesome, but not that awesome.
